Tri-State Commercial Roofing Corp. recently completed the roof replacement for us at the Orange and Rockland Utility facility in Middletown, NY. Tri-State removed the existing roof at the facility and installed over 30,000 sq. ft. of new Carlisle insulation and membrane. This was a highly sensitive project with many difficult issues relating to coordination of various trades and safety. Despite all of the difficulties, the job was completed within schedule and to the satisfaction of Verticon as well as the 0 & R management team. The project received a 20 year Total System, labor and materials warranty from Carlisle upon Tri-State's completion. Tri-State has completed other projects for us and is currently involved with us installing another Carlisle roof at Cornerstone Health in Newburgh, NY - another very sensitive project that we are thrilled to have Tri-State working on.

MWB was the General Contractor on this project, which had Tri-State installing over 45,000 sq. ft.of Versico TPO membrane and for which we received a 20 yr., NDL, labor and materials, Warranty from Versico. Amberjack Solar Energy, one of the area's leading solar developers, was the General contractor on this project where Tri-State installed approximately 120,000 sq. ft. of Carlisle TPO membrane. The job was completed in a timely manner and Carlisle presented Corrados with a 20 year NDL Total System warranty. Over the years, Tri-State has completed many large projects for us and we have always been extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism of their company and we will continue to look forward to working with them on all of our future projects.

Tri-State Roofing is our primary roofing contractor, first and foremost because of the quality of workmanship that they put into their installations.
